Autism Support Behaviour Analyst

Join the Toronto Catholic District School Board as a Behaviour Analyst dedicated to supporting students with Autism through Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA). This role is a contract position starting August 31, 2026, and involves providing essential training and behavioral consultation.
The TCDSB seeks two qualified Behaviour Analysts to assist school staff in implementing ABA strategies for students with ASD. Ideal candidates should be eligible for BCBA certification, have a Master’s degree, and bring significant experience—at least two years—working with school-aged children. Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork capability are critical for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver job-embedded professional development on ABA methods
• Assist in developing training modules for staff
• Conduct assessments relating to behavioural interventions
• Help build ABA capacity across the school system
• Undertake additional responsibilities as required
Requirements:
• Registered or eligible Behaviour Analyst
• Master’s degree in education or related field preferred
• Two years of experience with ASD support
• Strong communication abilities
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
Contribute to the educational journey of students with Autism through dedicated support and training within the TCDSB.
