Key Responsibilities:
• Develop effective learning experiences using various instructional methods
• Partner with Learning Strategy Managers for project alignment
• Test and evaluate content effectiveness for learner retention
• Communicate updates and project status to leadership
• Collaborate with peers to share best practices
Requirements:
• At least 3 years of relevant L&D experience
• Degree in Instructional Design or similar field
• Proficient in tools like Captivate and Vyond
• Excellent planning and organizational skills
• Able to prioritize competing tasks efficiently
