As a Trainer in the Greater Toronto Area at Franklin Empire Inc., you will play a key role in delivering engaging training to both new hires and existing employees. This position, which requires travel to various branches, emphasizes the development of innovative training materials and the sharing of your expertise to drive process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage in hands-on training across multiple branches

• Drive process improvements and training updates

• Support continuous learning initiatives

• Track training progress and metrics

• Create impactful training tools and programs

Requirements:

• Independent and proactive training experience

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

• Ability to motivate and influence diverse teams

• Fluent communication skills in English

• French or electrical knowledge is an asset
