Part-Time Sylvan Montessori Teacher

As a Sylvan Montessori Teacher, you will utilize Montessori principles to create engaging lessons that foster each child's academic and social growth. Strong communication skills and a solid understanding of child development are essential, as you will monitor student progress, communicate with families, and prepare materials for engaging instruction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare instructional materials for sessions

• Initiate personalized instruction for each student

• Manage classroom tasks and time effectively

• Evaluate student progress and record achievements

• Use praise to motivate students and track their success

Requirements:

• Montessori certification (MACTE-accredited preferred)

• Four-year degree in Education or Child Development

• 1-2 years of Montessori teaching experience preferred

• Excellent classroom management and communication skills

• Current First Aid/CPR certification is a plus
