Position: Full-Time Assistant Teacher in Silver Springs
Elevate early childhood education as a Full-Time Assistant Teacher with Family Day in Silver Springs. Support young learners through empathy and diverse program planning.

As an Assistant Teacher, you will partner with E.C.E. Teachers to implement a creative early learning program for children aged 0-12 years. You'll assist in developing program plans that reflect children's interests while addressing their diverse cultural and individual needs. This role involves assessing children's progress and working with families to ensure a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement High/Scope® curriculum and Hanen Learning Program

• Assist with program planning reflecting children's interests

• Evaluate children's progress individually and in groups

• Provide individual plans for children with special needs

• Communicate respectfully with children and parents

Requirements:

• Experience in child care or educational settings

• Knowledge of early learning best practices

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Valid Standard First Aid and CPR certification

• Police Vulnerable Sector Check and medical clearance
