Compensation: Teaching Assistant - $20 to $25 hourly

ILAC International College is currently seeking passionate and experienced industry professionals to teach the following career-focused courses:

• AI for Non-Technical Professionals
• Accelerated Digital Marketing & Tools
• Introduction to Project Management

These programs are designed to provide students with practical, industry-relevant skills that help them become more employable and career-ready in today’s evolving global workforce.

We are looking for professionals who:

• Have real-world industry experience in their field
• Are passionate about teaching and mentoring students
• Can bring practical insights and current industry trends into the classroom
• Want to help students build confidence, skills, and career readiness

• Professional experience related to the course subject area
• Previous teaching, training, or workshop facilitation experience is an asset
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Passion for student success and experiential learning

AI Courses:
Candidates should be knowledgeable and comfortable using AI platforms and workflow automation tools such as:

• ChatGPT

Digital Marketing:
Candidates should have experience using modern digital marketing and analytics platforms such as:

Project Management:
Candidates should have experience with project management methodologies and commonly used tools such as:

• Gantt chart and workflow planning tools
