Consultant in Learning & Development

Be a key player in Aviso's Learning & Development team as a Consultant, focusing on eLearning for a 3-month contract. Leverage your bilingual skills to create engaging, high-quality digital content in English and French!

You will report to the Senior Director and be involved in a project that customizes eLearning, focusing on interactive modules and digital assets.

Your role will include ensuring adherence to quality standards and accessibility requirements while managing stakeholder feedback throughout the development process. Collaboration and strong communication skills will be key elements in your success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop eLearning assets using instructional design approaches

• Partner with stakeholders to confirm learning outcomes

• Ensure accessibility and quality compliance in digital assets

• Conduct revisions and manage review cycles for content

• Produce engaging French and English educational materials

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

• Preferably possess a certification in Adult Education

• Mastery of eLearning authoring and content creation tools

• Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken

• Effective project management skills for timely delivery
