Hybrid Learning & Development Associate

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Experience in financial services industry

• Proven track record in designing corporate training

• Knowledge of learning principles and instructional design

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and e-learning tools

• Strong communication and organizational skills
