Position: Training Associate in Employee Development
Raymond James is seeking a dedicated Learning and Development Associate to maximize employee skills through effective training programs. Your expertise will be key in designing and delivering impactful training and materials.

This role involves conducting needs assessments, developing a variety of training materials, and facilitating sessions across various platforms. You will collaborate closely with teams to ensure training is aligned with corporate goals and current business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze training needs to develop effective programs

• Create diverse educational materials for delivery

• Conduct evaluations and update training content regularly

• Facilitate workshops and webinars for effective learning

• Administer ad hoc training for new employees

Requirements:

• Proven experience in financial services training

• Post-secondary education in learning principles preferred

• Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies

• Critical thinking and targeted questioning abilities

• Proficient communication skills in English;
French is beneficial
