Key Responsibilities:
• Provide individual career coaching for resume and interview preparation
• Conduct virtual orientation sessions covering life in Canada
• Develop personalized action plans for mentees' employment goals
• Create tailored industry portfolios focusing on job market fit
• Organize webinars on in-demand skills and licensing requirements
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field
• 3+ years experience in career coaching or mentorship
• Knowledge of Canadian labor market and employment standards
• Familiarity with virtual training tools like Zoom
• Commitment to diversity and inclusion in service delivery
