Role Description
This is CONTRACTOR position with the opportunity of full time employment in the future
This role for an Experienced First Aid/CPR Instructor based in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada,The instructor will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging First Aid, CPR, and safety training sessions.
Tasks include facilitating In-person and hybrid classes, maintaining lesson plans compliant with industry standards, assessing participants' performance, and providing constructive feedback to ensure effective learning. Additionally, the instructor will assist with the preparation of course materials and support Kore Training’s commitment to high-quality education and safety awareness.
Qualifications
Strong facilitation and public speaking skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
Ability to create, customize, and update lesson plans and training materials
Experience in online teaching, hybrid program delivery, and digital communication platforms
Knowledge of safety standards in both residential and professional environments (e.g., WHMIS, Senior Safety, Mental Health preparedness)
Excellent organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
Valid certification as a First Aid/CPR Instructor from a recognized authority
Bachelor's degree in Education, Health Sciences, or a related field is a plus
Previous experience providing training in healthcare-related or educational environments is advantageous
Flexibility to travel within Ontario for in-person sessions as needed
