Quality Training Specialist

Position: Quality Training Specialist at Legal Aid Ontario
Enhance staff training and quality assurance at Legal Aid Ontario as a Training and Quality Specialist. This impactful role focuses on developing training programs and ensuring excellence in service delivery.

Located in the Intake Operations Support department, you'll create and deliver training addressing various initiatives, evaluate their effectiveness, and develop resources to support staff development. A deep understanding of training best practices and QA standards is crucial as you support staff in achieving high performance and operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct orientation sessions for new hires

• Develop and deliver training on LAO initiatives

• Analyze and modify training programs based on needs

• Evaluate training effectiveness for improvement recommendations

• Create manuals and educational materials for resources

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years in front line roles at LAO

• Experience in adult training delivery

• Knowledge of training cycles and best practices

• Excellent writing and content development skills

• Strong interpersonal and facilitation capabilities
