We are seeking dedicated childcare leaders to manage our Mighty Kids campuses s senior role focuses on strategic guidance, maintaining high-quality educational offerings, and fostering an inspiring workplace. You’ll communicate effectively with parents and stakeholders while nurturing an environment where both children and staff thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic direction to achieve centre goals

• Communicate effectively with parents and team members

• Offer scheduling, training, and coaching to staff

• Ensure health and wellness of children and team

• Develop partnerships with community organizations

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education

• RECE registration in good standing

• Minimum three years of supervisory experience

• Knowledge of childcare regulations and licensing

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
