Position: Instructional Designer for Executive Education
Shape transformative learning experiences as the Instructional Designer for Executive Education at Rotman School. Create and manage online course content across diverse topics.

This position requires a minimum of five years in online education and a Master’s Degree. You will work closely with instructors and administration to develop tailored educational programs. Your expertise in online tools, curriculum design, and pedagogical principles will be key in driving successful learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with instructors on effective curriculum development

• Tailor programming needs in consultation with stakeholders

• Design digital modules and online assessments using existing software

• Implement instructional components for various contexts

• Evaluate and analyze programs to inform improvements

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree or equivalent experience

• Five years minimum experience in online program planning

• Knowledge of online educational tools and standards

• Proven skills in video production and editing

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
