In the Learning & Development team, you will play a critical role in facilitating and managing learning programs over a 12-month secondment. Your responsibilities will encompass delivering workshops, conducting needs assessments, and ensuring the quality of the learning experience. Passion for adult education and a proactive mindset are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate workshops in both virtual and in-person formats
• Manage Workday Learning administration tasks effectively
• Collaborate with HR partners for needs assessment and solutions
• Maintain a safe learning environment and provide support
• Utilize feedback to improve overall learning quality
Requirements:
• Degree in relevant educational fields or HR
• 3-5 years of leadership consulting experience
• Proficiency in training needs analysis and facilitation
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
• Flexibility for travel and varied working hours
