Elevate employee growth with Aviso as a Bilingual Learning Development Specialist. This role emphasizes training delivery and curriculum development within a dynamic Business Management team.
You'll collaborate with the Director of Training & Development to create impactful learning experiences for the Service, Operations, Compliance, and Onboarding teams. Utilizing skills in training needs assessment and adult learning principles, you will design curriculum, facilitate training sessions, and support onboarding of new employees, elevating the overall client experience as well. Join a culture focused on continuous improvement and employee support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess training needs and recommend learning opportunities
• Develop training material and e-learning modules
• Facilitate individual and group training sessions
• Create onboarding programs for new hires
• Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend updates
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Learning & Development
• 3+ years of training experience in a corporate setting
• Expertise in adult learning principles and theories
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and eLearning tools
• Fluency in English and French required
