Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Dean Connor Inclusion Scholarship execution

• Co-deliver high-impact student engagement programming

• Act as liaison for the Early Career Accelerator Program

• Build relationships with academic partners and communities

• Monitor program effectiveness and recommend enhancements

Requirements:

• Experience in campus recruitment or talent programs preferred
