Position: Summer Internship for Kids Program Leader
Join The Peoples Church as an Elementary Kids Team Leader this summer. Lead vibrant programming for children in a community-focused and faith-driven environment.

This internship position spans from July 13 to August 30, 2026, with a full commitment of 40 hours each week. You will be responsible for creating and administering programs aimed at Grades 1-5, supporting volunteers, and ensuring an inclusive atmosphere for children, including those with special needs. Your work will shape the spiritual and social growth of young attendees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and implement Sunday programs for children

• Mentor and support volunteer teaching staff

• Adapt and prepare Bible-based curriculum daily

• Conduct large and small group teaching sessions

• Facilitate inclusion for children with special needs

Requirements:

• Active relationship with Jesus Christ

• 18 years or older with a high school diploma

• Proven leadership and organizational skills

• Experience working with children preferred

• Commitment to all scheduled camps and programs
