We are looking for a dedicated educator to teach various courses in our Medical Laboratory Assistant and Technology programs. The successful candidate will focus on innovative teaching methods while preparing students for real-world experiences. Key Responsibilities:

• Instruct in foundational and advanced laboratory courses

• Design curricula and evaluate student performance

• Create engaging and effective classroom environments

• Enhance student recruitment and community collaboration

• Participate in research and departmental activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s required;
Master’s preferred

• Five years as a Medical Laboratory Technologist

• CMLTO active license necessary

• Experience in adult education highly preferred

• Passion for diversity and inclusion in education
