Shape the future of engineering education at the University of Toronto as the Coordinator for MEng Admissions and Programs. This term position emphasizes student service and program administration, situated in the vibrant St. George campus in Downtown Toronto.
You will be instrumental in managing the admissions process for the MEng and MEngCEM programs while enhancing the student experience from admission onward. Responsibilities include student advising, data analysis for enrollment strategy, and coordination of skills development programming, ensuring a seamless academic journey.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advise on academic options and processes
• Analyze admissions applications and credentials
• Prepare program and course materials efficiently
• Evaluate co-op opportunities for students
• Generate reports to track program success and areas of improvement
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of experience
• At least four years working in post-secondary education
• Three years in student admissions and advising roles
• Proficient in data analysis software
• Strong interpersonal and time management skills
