Reporting to the Director, Professional Development & Curriculum Design, this role emphasizes instructional design and curriculum innovation. You will drive the development of evidence-based education that meets the evolving needs of healthcare professionals. Collaborate with teams to enhance curriculum quality and learner engagement across multiple formats.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead curriculum design for accredited professional development offerings
• Develop curriculum maps and learning objectives for various programs
• Design engaging learning materials for practical application
• Collaborate with faculty and experts to create effective learning experiences
• Incorporate evaluation tools to assess learning outcomes
Requirements:
• 5-7 years in curriculum or instructional design
• Strong grasp of adult learning principles
• Excellent writing and editing skills
• Degree in education or related discipline
• Experience in healthcare or professional education
