Position: Full-Time Graduate Program Assistant Role
Explore an exciting full-time Graduate Program Assistant role at the University of Toronto’s Faculty of Arts & Science in St. George. Contribute to graduate program administration and student advisement efforts.
In this role, you will support the Associate Director of Graduate Academic Services by handling program logistics and advising students on academic policies. Candidates should possess at least two years of related experience in an academic environment, particularly regarding graduate programs. You’ll engage with students from diverse backgrounds while managing course information and coordinating events effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inquiries and advise graduate students effectively

• Ensure accurate maintenance of course data in systems

• Coordinate logistics for events and program activities

• Organize and summarize data for reports

• Schedule meetings and manage agendas
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

• Two years of academic administrative experience

• Experience supporting graduate-level programs

• Proficient in MS Office and data management

• Excellent interpersonal skills for diverse interactions
