Early Childhood Assistant

Position: Full-Time Early Childhood Assistant Role
Enhance children's lives as a Full-Time Early Childhood Assistant with Lullaboo. Focus on educational support, curriculum planning, and fostering positive classroom experiences.

In this role, you'll be responsible for daily documentation, assisting in children's social and educational growth, and maintaining an organized classroom. You'll work alongside specialists and teachers to provide children with the emotional and physical support they need to thrive. Commitment to health and safety standards will also be a key part of your responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Document attendance, allergies, and communications

• Engage in curriculum planning tailored to children's interests

• Support children's development under teacher guidance

• Keep the classroom organized and follow cleaning protocols

• Interact with professionals to support children’s needs

Requirements:

• Effective verbal and written communication skills

• Experience with the iCare system for operations

• Strong organizational and initiative-taking abilities

• Valid Standard First Aid and CPR Level C certification

• Vulnerable Sector Criminal Reference Check from the last six months
