Program Coordinator - YWCA Camp

In this dynamic role, you’ll be responsible for the effective delivery of camp programs designed for children and gender-diverse youth ages 6-15. You will collaborate with staff to implement safe, inclusive activities while ensuring supplies and training are managed effectively. This position emphasizes creating an environment of self-discovery and confidence for all camp participants.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily camp operations and activity schedules
• Provide training sessions for staff development
• Act as a resource for innovative program ideas
• Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols
• Help maintain and pack up program areas at season's end
Requirements:
• At least 18 years old, with a minimum Grade 12
• 2-3 years experience in summer camp settings
• Ability to manage diverse youth programs
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills
• Relevant waterfront activity certifications required
