As part of Childventures Early Learning Academy, you will manage the centre's operations and ensure high-quality care and education for our children. Your leadership will drive strategic goals and create a nurturing environment for educators and children alike. Strong communication with parents and community partners will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee strategic and daily operations of the centre

• Lead and mentor team members in achieving targets

• Communicate with children, parents, and ministry representatives

• Ensure health and safety for children and staff

• Build collaborative community partnerships
Requirements:

• Early Childhood Education Degree from an accredited institution

• RECE in good standing with the College of ECE

• At least three years in a supervisory role

• Familiarity with childcare licensing regulations

• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
