Toronto Montessori Casa Guide Position

As a Montessori Casa Guide, you will bring your expertise in AMI principles to create an engaging, child-centered classroom. Key Responsibilities:

• Implement Montessori education with fidelity

• Create an environment that encourages independence

• Foster joy and discovery in all learning activities

• Ensure safety and care for every student

• Maintain communication records on student development

Requirements:

• Accredited Primary 3-6 Montessori training required

• Experience in a Casa classroom preferred

• Current Standard First Aid and CPR or willingness to obtain

• Recent Criminal Reference Check with Vulnerable Sector Search

• A strong passion for Montessori education
