Management Skills Lecturer at University

Teach critical management skills at the University of Toronto as a Sessional Lecturer. This role focuses on leadership development through interactive learning methods in a hybrid teaching model.

We are looking for multiple qualified candidates to design and teach the Management Skills course (MGHC
02H3) for the F Term. Applicants should possess a master's degree and relevant teaching experience. Teaching responsibilities include course design, grading, and active engagement through role plays and case studies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and deliver engaging course content

• Develop and grade assignments, tests, and exams

• Supervise teaching assistants assigned to the course

• Conduct experiential learning activities with students

• Maintain regular office hours for student support

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in relevant fields

• Demonstrated teaching experience in leadership courses

• Excellent communication skills in teaching contexts

• Ability to manage course administration effectively

• Availability during the exam period for grading
