260H1S – Introduction to Food Equity and Justice. Candidates should possess a Ph.D. with substantial background in food equity, community engagement, and inclusive pedagogies. The lecturer will prepare and deliver course content, grade assessments, and conduct office hours to support student learning.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and deliver engaging course material for students
• Administer assignments, tests, and final exams
• Maintain regular office hours for student consultations

Requirements:
• Ph.D. in food studies or similar discipline required
• Expertise in social justice and community-engaged teaching
