Executive Director of Pharmacy Education

This role involves significant responsibilities in enhancing experiential education through effective management and strategic planning. Reporting to the Academic Director, you will guide a team focused on student placements, ensuring they align with both academic and accreditation expectations. Your expertise will enhance the overall experiential education landscape within the Faculty of Pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead operations to meet academic and accreditation standards

• Oversee student placement systems and ensure quality evaluations

• Initiate data reporting and continuous improvement strategies

• Manage projects and budgets for effective educational functions

• Foster strategic partnerships for optimal student placement

Requirements:

• University Degree in educational leadership or equivalent

• Minimum of 5 years of administrative leadership experience

• Background in program development and implementation

• Understanding of academic environments and student placement

• Strong leadership and relationship-building skills
