This position is tailored for a passionate educator in the Faculty of Architecture, Landscape & Design. The ideal candidate is pursuing or has completed a PhD, with comprehensive experience in forest biology and conservation. Teaching aptitude and lab experience will strongly benefit your application.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and present course materials on forest ecology
• Guide students in lab and fieldwork experiments
• Assess student performance through various assignments
• Coordinate guest speakers to enrich learning
• Be available for student consultations during office hours
Requirements:
• Preferably a PhD candidate in relevant fields
• In-depth knowledge of ecological principles
• Demonstrated teaching experience an asset
• Commitment to diverse perspectives in education
• Availability for the full academic term
