The University of Toronto Scarborough is seeking a Sessional Lecturer for the course 'Equity and Inclusivity in Arts and Media Organizations.' Candidates should bring postsecondary teaching experience and expertise in equity and diversity within arts and media management. The role involves course design, content delivery, and assessment for approximately 130 students.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and teach a 13-credit course on equity and inclusivity
• Prepare and deliver course content effectively
• Develop and administer assignments and final portfolios
• Calculate and submit student grades on time
• Hold regular office hours for student support
Requirements:
• Postsecondary teaching experience as a TA or instructor
• Expertise in equity, inclusivity, and diversity in arts and media
• Experience in the not-for-profit arts sector
• Advanced university degree preferred
• Ability to demonstrate relevant qualifications
