Lead the CTL
7087H course on Curriculum and Teaching in Drama and Dance at the University of Toronto. This sessional lecturer role emphasizes curriculum development and student engagement in arts education.
As a graduate instructor, you will prepare and teach an influential course focused on Dance and Drama in teaching. Attend faculty meetings, provide guidance to students, and evaluate their work efficiently. Developing lessons that incorporate creative methodologies will be a cornerstone of your teaching approach.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and teach the graduate course CTL
7087H
• Assist students between classes for enhanced understanding
• Evaluate student assignments and provide constructive feedback
• Participate in pre-course planning and team meetings
• Submit required course documentation timely
Requirements:
• Doctoral degree or relevant professional experience
• Mastery in educational practices in Drama and Dance
• Excellent in both teaching modalities
• Knowledge of equity, diversity, and inclusion practices
• Ontario Teaching certificate is advantageous
Contribute to the artistic and educational growth of future teachers at the University of Toronto.
