Position: Aerial Work Machinery Training Lead
Drive service training for aerial work machinery as a Training Lead. This role requires conducting both online and offline training sessions, tailored to client needs in various languages.
With a background of over five years in after-sales service, you will develop, translate, and improve course materials, while evaluating training effectiveness based on feedback.

Your role also involves establishing training sites and compiling fault cases to enhance course content and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and conduct live and practical training

• Translate and proofread training courseware

• Evaluate and enhance training satisfaction

• Establish robust training sites for effective learning

• Compile and analyze fault cases to bolster training
Requirements:

• At least 5 years in aerial machinery service

• Proficiency in one target language and strong English

• Ability to communicate effectively in writing

• Willingness to travel for training needs

• Experience in product training is preferred
