Located rge in Downtown Toronto, this position involves coordinating and teaching lab programs for music education majors. Responsibilities include defining course objectives, preparing instructional materials, and providing guidelines for course requirements. You will administer classes, evaluate assignments, and prepare final grades for your students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate lab programs for string and orchestral music

• Teach woodwind and brass ensemble classes

• Prepare and present course objectives and materials

• Evaluate student performance and assignments

• Hold reasonable consultation hours for student interaction

Requirements:

• Graduate degree in music or relevant experience

• Proven experience teaching beginner-level string or wind instruments

• Extensive knowledge of pedagogy and methods for ensembles

• Ability to effectively coordinate educational objectives

• Commitment to engaging with students outside class
