Position: Sessional Lecturer for MATA29H3 Calculus

In this role, you will perform all duties related to the design and teaching of this in-person university course. Prior teaching experience at the university level—preferably in MATA
29H3 or equivalent—is essential. Responsibilities also include creating engaging curriculum materials and providing constructive feedback to students during office hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop course syllabus and instructional materials

• Grade assignments, tests, and course projects

• Calculate and submit final grades on time

• Provide office hours for student support

• Mentor teaching assistants and guide their efforts

Requirements:

• Teaching experience in university Mathematics is required

• Preference for expertise in MATA
29H3 or similar courses

• Strong organizational and communication abilities

• Commitment to teaching inclusively and diversely

• Familiarity with accessibility considerations
