Position: Sessional Lecturer for Physics Labs

Your role will be to create an engaging in-person lab environment for introductory physics course participants.

In this position, you'll deliver essential practical content for students, guiding them through significant physics concepts like energy and momentum. You'll collaborate with teaching assistants to ensure effective lab operations while engaging students in hands-on activities and problem-solving discussions. Your efforts in the laboratory will directly impact student learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present engaging lab activities

• Train and supervise teaching assistants during labs

• Facilitate teamwork and interactive problem-solving sessions

• Maintain regular communication with the teaching team

• Oversee grading of practical assignments

Requirements:

• PhD in Physics required

• Proven experience in teaching introductory physics labs
