This includes developing essential accreditation documents and policies, managing a dynamic administrative team, and collaborating with various clinical training sites. Key Responsibilities:

• Articulate and develop residency policies for accreditation

• Oversee academic administrative team and daily operations

• Lead complex projects and achieve stakeholder consensus

• Develop accreditation documents and procedures

• Act as liaison with health system partners for education delivery

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required;
Master's degree preferred

• Five years of relevant and management experience

• Knowledge of PGME accreditation processes

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite

• Commitment to decolonization and diversity in education
