Reporting to the Director of Member Services, this hybrid full-time role focuses on creating high-quality training experiences for Contact Centre teams. You will ensure that all training materials reflect current processes and trends, collaborate with stakeholders, and provide ongoing support to learners. Your contributions will be crucial in meeting the evolving needs of our dynamic brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver accurate training for Contact Centre staff

• Maintain and evolve training materials for clarity

• Create engaging quizzes and activities for knowledge reinforcement

• Ensure consistency with internal and external training partners

• Evaluate learner feedback for continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a Learning & Development role

• Practical application of adult learning theories

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities

• Familiarity with e-learning tools like Articulate

• Detail-oriented focus on content accuracy
