Key Responsibilities:

• Lead operations of experiential education in the faculty

• Oversee matching and quality evaluation of student placements

• Direct reporting and continuous improvement projects

• Manage financials and tech systems for optimizing operations

• Cultivate strategic agreements with educational partners

Requirements:

• Degree in educational leadership or administration

• MBA or Master’s Degree in Health Administration is advantageous

• Minimum 5 years in educational leadership/management

• Experience with in academic or healthcare settings

• Strong background in strategic planning and project management
