Key Responsibilities:

• Develop curriculum that reflects the academy's educational values

• Modify activities based on individual children's needs

• Keep detailed documentation of child progress and observations

• Participate in ongoing training and development

• Foster open communication with families about their child’s learning

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Assistance or related field

• Experience in a licensed childcare setting is an advantage

• Understanding of the Child Care and Early Years Act

• Strong interest in child development and engagement

• Completion of health assessments and necessary vaccinations
