Key Responsibilities:

• Design tailored training programs for diverse learning methods

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in instructional design or relevant field

• Minimum 3 years experience in a related role

• Proficiency in Articulate or similar tools

• Relevant certifications such as CTDP required

• Understanding of banking practices is a plus
