Collaborate with a dynamic Learning & Development team to leverage AI tools and multimedia elements, enhancing engagement and retention. Your creativity will drive measurable impact and foster a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design dynamic learning experiences across digital and instructor-led modalities

• Use AI and innovative tools to improve quality and design efficiency

• Integrate storytelling and multimedia to enrich learner engagement

• Collaborate with experts to create tailored learning solutions

• Evaluate learning effectiveness with targeted performance metrics

Requirements:

• 3–7 years of experience in learning experience design or instructional design

• Strong portfolio showcasing tech-enabled learning solutions

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Articulate 360

• Excellent collaboration and project management skills

• Passion for continuous learning and innovative design
