Training Designer at Air

Requirements:

• Certificate or diploma in Adult or Workplace Learning

• Minimum 3 years of instructional design experience

• Familiarity with online and instructor-led training methodologies

• Ability to travel 10-15% of the time

• Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies
