Humber Polytechnic seeks a full-time professor to instruct in the Medical Laboratory Assistant and Medical Laboratory Technology programs. The successful candidate must have significant experience in laboratory technology and adult education. Responsibilities include curriculum development, assessment of student achievement, and fostering of industry connections and community partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach theory and practical courses across five laboratory disciplines

• Support student practicum preparation and evaluations

• Develop curriculum and lesson plans for courses

• Assess student progress and manage classroom activities

• Contribute to student recruitment and program marketing efforts

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required;
Master’s preferred

• Five years of experience as a Medical Laboratory Technologist

• Active licensure with the CMLTO

• Strong training in adult education preferred
