Position: Instructional Designer for Training Programs
Elevate organizational learning at our company as an Instructional Designer. Develop effective, user-friendly training solutions that align with strategic goals while utilizing innovative learning technologies.

In this role reporting to the Training Program Manager, you will design comprehensive learning solutions by collaborating with subject matter experts and stakeholders. Your duties include analyzing training needs, designing curriculums, and creating engaging digital content. Furthermore, you will assess training impacts and ensure that all learning materials are up-to-date and relevant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to assess learning needs

• Design learning paths aligned with organizational objectives

• Conduct assessments and gather feedback on learning solutions

• Develop metrics for measuring training effectiveness

• Manage the Learning Management System and training materials

Requirements:

• 3 years experience with Learning Management Systems

• 3-5 years in content development across multiple platforms

• Post-secondary degree in a relevant field

• Certification in Instructional Design or Adult Learning Principles

• Proficiency in e-Learning software and MS Office
