Position: Aerial Silks Coach for All Ages
Join our dynamic team in Toronto as an Aerial Silks Coach, teaching kids, teens, and adults. Engage learners of various levels with tailored lessons and positive encouragement.

We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic coach with at least one year of silks coaching experience. This part-time role requires excellent class management skills and the ability to adapt lesson plans to suit different abilities. You will inspire students through creativity and collaboration, guiding them in developing routines for shows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach aerial silks to diverse age groups and skill levels

• Manage classes and re-engage students effectively

• Provide tailored feedback and encouragement

• Develop and adapt lesson plans to fit student needs

• Track attendance and skills using Jackrabbit software

Requirements:

• Minimum one year of silks coaching experience

• Current Standard First Aid & CPR Level C certification

• Willingness to obtain NCCP Gymnastics Foundations certification

• Successful Vulnerable Sector Background Check
