Position: Instructional Designer for Digital Learning
Drive advancements in online education with the Rotman School of Management as a Digital Learning Instructional Designer. Create engaging digital modules for executive programs and share innovative approaches.

This full-time position targets professionals with at least five years of experience in online education. You will collaborate with subject matter experts to design and develop instructional materials that enhance learning. Focus on utilizing educational technology, curriculum development, and ensuring adherence to branding guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise instructors on effective curriculum strategies

• Consult on tailored programming needs with stakeholders

• Develop engaging digital learning modules and assessments

• Create components of instructional programs and plans

• Analyze and evaluate programs to enhance learning outcomes

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree or equivalent experience

• Minimum 5 years in online education and instructional technology

• Robust knowledge of educational pedagogy and assessment

• Experience with video filming and editing

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
