Position: Digitalization Advisor for TVET in Ethiopia
Embark on a transformative journey as a TVET Digitalization Advisor in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, starting August 2026. This five-month volunteer placement emphasizes digital pedagogy and curriculum innovation.

In this advisory role, you'll modify competency-based education and training curricula for blended learning, provide instructor support on LMS platforms, and develop immersive training modules. You will also assess digital readiness at TVET colleges, implement e-governance systems, and forge partnerships with tech companies to enhance industry-linked skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Modify CBET curricula for blended learning

• Train instructors on Moodle and Google Classroom

• Conduct digital readiness assessments for TVET colleges

• Collaborate with tech companies for micro-credentials

• Lead AI literacy Train-the-Trainer sessions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in educational technology or ICT

• Minimum 3 years in digital transformation

• Strong writing and presentation skills

• Proficiency in LMS like Moodle

• Fluent in English (Level
5)
