Project Coordinator Learning Design

Position: Project Coordinator for Learning Design at CAMH
Elevate education at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health as a full-time Project Coordinator (Learning Experience Designer). Design digital learning experiences, support e-learning initiatives, and collaborate in a dynamic healthcare environment.

This one-year contract position involves supporting CAMH’s Global Learning Academy through innovative AI-enabled learning and e-learning course development. You will collaborate with simulation educators, healthcare professionals, and various stakeholders to create and maintain engaging educational content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver eLearning content in Docebo platform

• Create engaging learning activities and support simulation-based learning

• Revise user guides and technical documentation for usability

• Analyze learner feedback to improve course effectiveness

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quality and innovation

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree and over 3 years working with learning management systems

• Knowledge of Docebo and e-learning authoring tools like Articulate

• Experience in supporting digital learning and quality assurance testing

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Bilingualism in French and English is an asset
