Position: Instructional Designer for Banking Systems
Elevate learning experiences as an Instructional Designer specializing in Banking Systems. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to develop engaging training initiatives for Alterna, ensuring effective knowledge transfer.

As a key contributor in instructional design, you will leverage your expertise to conduct learning needs assessments and design comprehensive training solutions tailored for the financial services sector.

Your role will involve creating interactive content, collaborating with subject matter experts, and ensuring the accuracy of all training materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct learning needs assessments with stakeholders

• Design Banking System and management training programs

• Create storyboards and engaging learning modules

• Pilot learning initiatives and revise based on feedback

• Develop culture initiatives for employee engagement

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design or related field

• 3 years of experience in instructional design

• Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools

• Certified Training and Development Professional™ (CTDP)

• Excellent communication and project management skills
